At the Nutrition and Training Academy, we don’t just focus on the physical exercise aspect of fitness - we believe that for someone to achieve their full potential, and become the best version of themselves, they need to focus on their fitness, nutrition, and mindset. Here we offer people the chance to do just that, and because everyone is different, we create plans to suit the individual.

We understand that getting the right work-life balance is incredibly important, but we also know that having a healthy body makes us feel good. It raises our self-esteem, boosts our confidence, and makes our bodies better equipped to fight off infection which means fewer sick days and more opportunities to get that promotion or enjoy spending time with family and friends. So, we have not only got a facility where members can participate in semi-private personal training onsite, but we also offer online coaching. Nutrition & Training Academy (formerly Switch Academy) was founded by Chris Patch and has been designed to give people a chance to not only achieve amazing results, but also to give members the tools they need to maintain those results long-term. Chris has been working within the fitness industry for over 15 years, and in that time he has built up his knowledge through a combination of formal training and experience whilst helping his clients achieve results that have not only improved their health and fitness but made a positive change to their everyday lives. Chris believes that improving someone's fitness is not just about turning up to the gym a couple of times a week, doing a workout, and leaving it at that - it is about looking at the big picture.
