Top tip to move forwards



 

Here is a quick tip to help you move towards your goals with more ease.


When you set your outcome, whatever it may be, ask yourself: What 3 things could crop up and become an obstacle?

We work over 90-day periods. This is because it adds just enough urgency to make us take action, but not enough stress to overwhelm us.


Over 3 months, things will happen. Sickness, nights out, birthdays or holidays are just a few.


If you can get a plan in place to deal with these obstacles before they even crop up, you will save yourself a tonne of time (and a tonne of stress).

So if you are setting outcomes (and if you're not, why are you leaving your life to chance?), try working out what could be an obstacle and get your plan in place.
