Ask WHO? not HOW?

When you are faced with a new challenge, is your first thought, "How on Earth am I going to do that?”

I know for a fact I have, on more than one occasion.

Often though, a far better question to ask is, who? not how?

Who has done this before? What can I learn from them?

When I need to do my accounts, I ask an accountant. If I want to build a wall, I ask a builder. The same applies to wanting to improve my health and mindset.

You could go lone-wolf and waste a lot of time trying out all the latest celebrity ideas and ending up in the same situation - just less well off, and 6 months down the line.

The other option, of course, is that you could find a coach.

Someone who has worked with hundreds of people, uses nutrition and exercise to control a lifelong condition, and has a community of like-minded people, all working towards their own outcomes but supporting each other along their journey.

The choice is yours. You could try it alone and risk wasting time and money. Or, you could reach out and take the first step.
