ACADEMY ONSITE

If you want the support of a trainer taking you through your workouts, we run 12-week programmes based at our onsite facility at the Nutrition and Training Academy. Set in the grounds of Oathall Community College in Lindfield, Haywards Heath, Nutrition & Training Academy is designed to deliver semi-private coaching for up to three people per session - perfect for those not sure about going to the gym but wanting the use of specialist workout equipment and a personal trainer. You will be able to book your sessions and be taken through those workouts with a qualified professional. On signing up for our 12-week program, the information you provide will be used to design a fitness and nutrition plan specifically for you. You will have a coach tracking your progress and keeping you accountable, as well as keeping track of your mindset - because achieving that unstoppable confidence is about more than just fitness and nutrition. 

 

So what is ‘semi-private personal training’?

 

Semi-Private Personal Training is a bit like a time-share Personal Trainer. You have one coach with between 1-4 clients at any one time. This ratio is chosen because, with that number, the coach can still ensure that each client can still benefit from having the ‘attention to detail’ type of training from the coach that is required to make it Personal Training. The coach can still check your technique, push you through those tough reps, and answer any questions you may have.

 

Small-Group Training is done with a larger group, so less chance to coach the clients, and check technique. Exercise Classes are much larger with no variation in anyone’s program and no chance to make sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly.

 

With the time of the coach being shared, Semi-Private Training means that the cost of each session is reduced, making it a far more cost-effective option for many people. It also means that with more than one person in each session, we can help more people. Additional to those benefits, for anyone still nervous about hitting a bigger gym with larger numbers of people, a room with a maximum of 4 people in is a real bonus.

 

As part of your membership you will receive a personalised nutrition plan which will guide you through the correct balance of protein, fats, and carbohydrates you will need to optimise your results. We also provide monthly recipe books you will never be stuck for meal ideas. At the Nutrition & Training Academy, we also look at your mindset as part of your overall health and fitness. Keeping you accountable as well as tracking things like mood and sleep are important for us to achieve your best 'YOU', and we are there to support you every step of the way.
