Most of you are between 3-8 weeks into your academy journeys and for some of you, your motivation to train and eat sensibly may well be starting to wain.
Remember mastery gets results not motivation. It is perfectly acceptable for your motivation levels to rise and fall along your journey, but getting up every day and mastering your non-negotiable tasks each and every day, will get you to where you want to be.
So don’t beat yourself up if you feel less motivated than you think you should be because your motivation will increase again in time.
You are in a marathon, not a sprint, and short term gratification is not the be-all and end-all.
You need to see what longterm gratification means to you, focus on that longterm goal and master all the steps that you need to to get to that point, and you will be successful.
