How often does someone’s behaviour really get on your nerves?
Does it get under your skin and really mess with your mood for the day?
This used to happen to me A LOT.
But with thanks to my coach, I learnt that this is because I had an expectation of their behaviour, and they are not meeting these expectations.
I realised that they are trying their best for themselves, not for me, and it is not about me.
When you take the emphasis off of you and start to consider that they are not deliberately trying to wind you up, you can start to let go of that frustration.
