People like certainty

We like to be comfortable and to know what is going to happen. Even if it leaves us doing tasks or habits that we know won’t enable us to grow.

When you're faced with uncertainty, ask yourself; what is the worst thing that could happen? And if you're cool with that outcome, then move forward.

It’s often not the event itself that makes us uncertain or anxious. It is our thoughts around that event that gives us those feelings. Our mind likes to fill in the gap between reality and our own expectations.

By becoming clear on what all the possible outcomes could be you will remove some of the uncertainty.
