Pain of Self-Doubt vs Pain of No Change

Some people don’t do the things that they know will have a positive effect on their lives because of: self-doubt and fear, fear of failure, fear of being mocked, or fear of being judged.

They associate more pain with these self-doubts than they do with the pain of no change.

A willingness to fail. A willingness to accept the opportunity to learn and grow is so important if you want to make positive changes in your life.

Dithering and procrastinating about making changes is the biggest reason people stay where they are and don’t live the life they are fully capable of.

The truth is, at the end of the day, you don’t need to believe in yourself. You just need to do the work.

You don’t need to know that what you are doing is going to work. You just need to make it work by working your socks off.
