But they also feel good. They also have improved mindset, improved sleep, and improved health.
These things aren't achieved by cutting calories down to virtually zero and making people feel hungry and exhausted.
It is by finding a balance and a plan that works for them. That is why each person's coaching plan is different and is designed to work for them.
