I know what I should do. I just don't do it.

How many times do you think I hear this every day? Far too many times for my liking.

So the question is; if you know what you need to do, why don’t you do it?

I think we all know by now that if you really want to see changes to your confidence, your physique, feel better, and fit your clothes better, then there are a few steps you should probably be following:

  • Move a little more

  • Cut down on processed foods

  • Consume less alcohol

  • Eat more fruit and vegetables

  • Get some quality sleep

And yet we still do far too little of this and far too much: drinking alcohol, eating fast foods, eat in front of the television and go to bed late and get up early.

So why is that?

We lack guidance, accountability, support, and a good plan. Without these, we are just guessing. We don’t know if we are going in the right direction, or if we are focusing on the right things.

With no accountability, you are free to let things slip. If you don’t fancy the walk, who will know? By reporting your progress to a coach, you have that person there to support you and help you through any blips that will inevitably occur.
