I would like to talk about planning, and more specifically, about scheduling.

If you don’t fill your day with high value (to you), high priority tasks, your life will get filled by low-value low-priority distractions, and that’s a fact.
So, start working on planning out your days. Fill them with high-value high-priority tasks, and watch your productivity, energy, and results increase.
