Doing the work you need to do is hard; the nutritional changes, the workouts, and the mindset shifts. It's hard. But the payoff can be absolutely amazing.
The hard life that you have by doing nothing though, in my opinion, is worse.
The pain of still not being able to look at yourself in the mirror. The pain of feeling disappointed that you have done nothing to change. And the pain of feeling tired and lethargic all the time.
