Question: What is the best way to change your life?
Answer: There isn’t a "best" way. There is just "a" way. It’s just about finding things you can do and stick to.
First: Set some goals/outcomes that excite the hell out of you. Don’t rely on motivation. Use the excitement you have for accomplishing your goals to keep you going.
Second: Prime your environment to assist you. Who do you listen to? Who do you hang out with? What do you listen to? What do you watch or read? What have you got in your kitchen?
Third: Look after your energy. Meditate, breathe or journal. Whichever you prefer - or all three. Positive energy will lift you. It will drag you and the people around you forward.
