Someone I impacted in a positive way today was…

I always ask myself this question as part of my evening journaling. Why? Because we tend to base our self-worth on; business, how much money we earn, how much we have in the bank, the house we live in, or the car we drive.

But, what if we started to base our self-worth on the positive impact we have on others and the difference we make to other peoples lives.

So I look back on my day to see who I impacted, who I made a difference to. And if I can’t think of anyone, then tomorrow I will try harder.

I will look to see who I can help, who I can make a difference to, and who I can make feel better by my actions.

If we all just took the time to realise that the pleasure and the positivity that we take from helping others will make our own lives so much better, we would surely do it more often.

That's why I coach. Not just lifting weights and counting calories, but really coach.

I coach people and help them improve their mindset, their sleep, and show them how to build habits that will help them deal with life and events that occur, so that at the end of each day and when I look back on my time and I can say I helped.
