Quick-Fix Diets: don't believe the hype


We have all been there. Fed-up of looking in the mirror and seeing the Dad-Bod we NEVER wanted or struggling to zip up our favourite pair of jeans, and thinking 'right, I need to sort this out FAST'.

And suddenly you see the magic words 'LOSE WEIGHT FAST!'.

Don't be fooled. These quick-fix diets are a one-way ticket to unhealthy and unsustainable weight loss that will leave you feeling demotivated and frustrated.

The whole premise behind most of these schemes is to get you to lose weight which you then put back on so that you buy another round of the same rubbish - and on and on it goes.

Anyone who spoonfeeds you what you want without giving you what you NEED is not helping your cause.

You need to have a plan that will give you the tools you need to get results you can MAINTAIN.

You need to have someone in your corner giving you help and support to make the right changes and build the habits that will have the biggest impact.

You need to have someone who can give you a clear roadmap to achieving your goals.

You need to see real value for money.
