Often when we feel down, stressed, or overwhelmed in our lives, one of the first things we give up on is exercise.

This could well be one of the worst things that you can do.


When you start to feel more unfit, you start to feel like your clothes are tighter, and it invites negative feelings and thoughts into your mind.

Just going for a walk every day will give you a chance to focus on your physical wellbeing. It will allow you time to reframe any thoughts you have, and you may even get a chance to listen to a podcast or two.
