It’s new year resolution time soon. Have you started working on yours?

Personally, I don’t like to set new year resolutions, and I avoid getting my clients to do so.

The problem with these resolutions is that they tend to be wildly over the top and often lead to failures, which at the start of the new year is not really the outcome we are looking for.

I do however like to reflect on the last year. To see how far I have come, and see how far I still have to go to get the life I really want.

I look at what habits and personality traits helped me along the way, and then which ones I need to work on to move me forward.

These then make up the focus of my plan moving forward.

What habits do you want to lose or work on?

Who do you want to be next year? What changes do you really want to make?
