Ruth Ashdown is a retired Muaythai fighter who competed professionally from 2007 until 2018 when she became one of only five people in the World (and the first woman) to win the Diamond belt in the sport.
Among Ruth's achievements, she has won the WBC Muaythai World Super Bantamweight Title, the WBC Muaythai Flyweight World Title, the WBC Muaythai International Flyweight Title, the ICO Muaythai Flyweight World Title, the ISKA Oriental Flyweight World Title, the Europian WMC Flyweight Title, and the IKF Pro British Flyweight Title.
