‘Focus on impact over income’. Wise words from my coach some time ago and some of the best advice I have ever been given.
At the time, I found it slightly confusing. Surely everyone aims to increase their income? But does this make for a fulfilled and worthwhile existence?
But, I have come to realise that the two things are linked.
The thing I love most about coaching is the incredible feeling I get when I see my team becoming happier, more confident and fulfilled by following the program I have designed for them. I make sure each of my team has a plan that works for them so they can build new rituals and habits into their everyday lives to support their goals.
The positive impact my programs have on my team makes a difference, and I can’t honestly say that this would still be true if my focus was on income.
My business is better because of where my focus is. And my business continues to grow because of the positive impact it has, not only on my team members but also on their families and friends. People see the difference being with the Academy is making to their loved ones, and they want in!
My coaching programmes focus on things like:
Having more energy
Sleeping better
More confidence
Fitting into clothes better
Blood glucose levels are more stable (my diabetic friends)
Being more productive
Feeling sexier
Having better relationships with family
Looking and feeling fabulous
Focus on the process, not the numbers. You will get the results you want.
