Today was one of 'those' days - I just didn’t want to train!
I know people think that, as fitness professionals, we are so highly motivated, that we never struggle to get into the gym.
But like you guys, I have my kids doing home-schooling.
I have a busy day with work; getting new clients onboarded and sorted on their journey...
...and frankly, I just wasn’t feeling it!
Having said all of that, I still got in there and trained. Why?
Because I have a plan.
I have an outcome I am aiming for.
And because I have someone keeping me accountable, I know they will want to know why I skipped training.
With my vision, I can look forward.
I can see why I am doing what I am doing.
I can see why I train. I can see why I choose the foods that I do. Because I know what I am aiming at.
This is why rear-view mirrors in cars are smaller than the windscreen. They allow you to focus more on where you are going, rather than where you have been.
I have a couple of places left on my programme, so if you are fed up with not knowing where you are going.
