If you like comedy, watch 10 minutes of your favourite comedy programme whilst you have breakfast.
Do you have a tune you like? You could put on your headphones and listen to it, to get you pumped up.
Do you like sitting outside and having breakfast?
Put something that you value in as your first task of the day, and you quickly stop hating getting up in the morning.
