We all start off with the idea of having the best workout ever, the first few sets would be superb, and then WHAM the funny feelings start. The slight miss fire of the muscles, and the unexplained shake off the arms. I would hit a blood test and, sure enough, below 4!
Here are some of the things myself and my team do to combat this:
We look at daily Blood Glucose patterns to see when the optimal training times are, or how we can manipulate things to make the available training times optimal.
We look at the effect that different training styles have on blood glucose levels and recovery.
We look at how we can manipulate foods and insulin dosage to get optimal results.
