I saw this picture that someone else posted and I loved it so, ...I stole it!
It reminded me of a conversation I had during a strategy call with a new client just the other day. His whole reason for wanting to join the team was that his friends had worked harder than him and had come out of lockdown 2.0 in better shape than he had.
He could have just accepted this fact and carried on feeling bad and miserable about it. But instead, he decided to jump on a call and make the changes he needed to so that he could catch up with his mates.
I reckon a lot of us feel the same way. We see what other people have managed to achieve, see how good they look, and see how great it makes them feel - but we don’t have the confidence to reach out for help.
If you are looking to make big changes, it can be so hard to do it on your own. When you join my team, you get me coaching and encouraging you, and keeping you accountable. You will also have a group of like-minded team-members working with you.
Why not reach out, like the newest member of my team did. The worst thing that happens is that you walk away with a great plan of action that you can implement.
