If you want big outcomes, you need big leverage.
In general, when you set out your outcomes, if it doesn’t have a number in it, it is less Outcome and more Idea.
So, if you were to say, "I want to feel better". Things like this don’t, and they won’t be enough to get you out of your comfort zone. It won’t stop you from getting drunk. It won't stop you from reaching for the phone to order a takeaway or snacking on biscuits.
When things start to get hard. When you feel like slipping, the leverage you have over your outcome will keep you moving forward.
So, working out who (along with yourself) will be affected the most by you achieving your outcome, and what the consequences are of you not reaching your outcomes, will help to provide the leverage you require.
