Do your friends support you, or try to sabotage you by encouraging you out for more food and alcohol, or that extra little snack?


Does your family understand how your 45-minute exercise session 3-times per week benefits more than just your body, but your mind as well?


Now, I’m not suggesting you leave your family, or dump all your friends (although you may want to!). By joining the Academy onsite or online, you will be joining a team of new supportive friends who want you to succeed as much as they want to succeed themselves.

You will be surrounded by like-minded people who will help to push you forwards towards your goals. When you surround yourself with a team of people who are all sharing their successes, the winning mentality rubs off on you.
