Your identity is so important



 

There are always things we want to change; The way we look, how much we weigh, our activity levels, or maybe our own self-esteem.


Change is often seen as a scary thing, filled with unknowns and uncertainty. But what it really boils down to is our identity, and what we want that to be.


What would the sort of person you want to be, actually do each day? How would the person you want to be, think, behave and act to achieve their goals?

If you want a six-pack, you need to do the things someone with a six-pack does.

If you want to run a marathon, you need to do the things a marathon runner does.

And if you don’t know what those people would do, just reach out and ask for help.

New thoughts, new choices and new actions. When applied will lead to change.
