Your results are going to require some level of sacrifice.
You guys know me by now. I like to cut through all the BS and tell you how it is, so here goes…
I hate to break it to you, but paying for coaching and training on its own will not yield you the results you want.
I am here to help you, guide you, give you all the tools that you need to succeed, but you have to put the work in.
One of my favourite sayings is:
“You can’t solve a problem with the same level of thinking that caused the issue in the first place”.
Never has this been more true than with your weight loss journey.
Look at the things that you do.
Do you:
Have a drink every night
Have a takeaway 1-2 times per week
Snack on processed foods regularly throughout the day
Sit at a desk and move very little during the day
If the answer to these (among other things) is yes, then until you change one or more of these habits, things will not change.
All too often we see social media posts from various 'fit pro’s' saying thinks like; "My client lost all this weight, and they still had pizza and alcohol - do you want to see how they did it?” These statements are misleading.
During my transformation journey, I went out for meals with my family and had a drink, but I did it once every two weeks or once a month - not every other day. Your journey does not have to be dull and boring, but you want a result, and that result will not happen unless you make changes to your daily habits.
And that is where I come in. I will teach you how to fit these things into your life, not every single day, but occasionally, throughout your journey.
One major thing to remember is that these changes are not forever. The shorter your time frame for the results, the tougher the changes need to be. But once you hit that result, you can adopt a much more relaxed approach.
