Low-fat cooking hack - wedges

Instead of chips, try chopping up some spuds (skin on) onto narrow wedges, throw them into a sandwich bag, tip 5ml of olive oil into the bag, add a pinch of mixed herbs and some pepper, seal the bag and SHAKE.

Put some foil on a baking tray (no oil) and arrange the wedges (skin down) on the tray and cook for 25-30 mins at about 180C.

For a bit of a twist, you could try adding some smoked paprika with the herbs and pepper.
