As you may have realised, it is Christmas week, and although it won’t be as big a celebration as many of us planned this year, it is still going to be a chance to overindulge and celebrate with the people we love.
So, here are my 5 top tips to deal with all the temptations that are out there at this time of the year;
Look after your mental health
Ignore your calorie targets
Eat what you want
Don’t feel guilty or even give it a second thought
It is just a couple of days, and you have all of next year to achieve your goals.
This is the simple advice I am giving all my clients.
Seriously, life is too short to waste two days restricting yourself. No-one is going to think you are big and clever when you regale the story of the year you didn’t enjoy yourself.
This year more than ever, you need to take time to relax and build some positive memories with your loved ones.
