Information is great, but what you do with that information is where the greatness really lies

I hear this a lot around the fitness industry.

Why would you hire a coach when Google has all the information that you need. You can pick up a magazine, and get all the workout plans and nutrition plans that you need at a fraction of the cost.

And to an extent, it is true. All these things are readily available.

But, do they:

  • Coach you when the tough times dig in?

  • Explain why you need the foods they give you?

  • Just provide food to eat and a time to eat it, or do they educate you on how to build and produce a healthy nutrient-dense meal that will encourage your body to give you its best performance?

  • Provide progression and regressions when you need them?

  • Help you set goals and targets and keep you accountable?

And the biggest truth is that if it was that easy to do it from a printed out workout and meal plan, surely you would have achieved your goals by now.

What my team have is:

  1. Someone who cares about their goals

  2. Someone who tailors their training to their goals, their ability, and their recovery levels

  3. Someone who teaches them how to prepare a diet via tracking and non-tracking methods

  4. A community all supporting each other

  5. Someone who will keep them accountable

If you feel stuck and you have tried all the downloadable workouts on the internet, then book your Strategy Call, we can have a chat.
