Does your current lifestyle support your goals?


Quite often now, I hear people say: “I just need to try to get a new plan to fit my lifestyle”

While I totally get the fact that somethings can’t change, if you work a full-time job, giving you 6 hours of training a day won’t work.

Everyone starts a coaching plan to change something.

They may want to:

  • Look better

  • Lose body fat

  • Gain muscle

  • Grow in confidence

  • Look good naked

  • Attract a new partner/hold on to the partner they have

So does your current lifestyle support these goals?

Do the activities you currently fit into your day, drive you closer to how you want to be?

If not, trying to fit a new plan into your current lifestyle won’t work.

What you need to start thinking about is how you can change your lifestyle to achieve these results.

Of course, it’s not easy. If it was, you would have done it already.

It’s uncomfortable and difficult, and that’s why it’s called ‘getting out of your comfort zone’.

But that’s why people like me are here to help and support you.

So that we can make a difference to people's lives. We want to look back at our own lives and say we made a difference to hundreds of other peoples lives.
